External Comments is a Firefox extension started by WLSG participants that allows users to make comments on a web page that will appear in Firefox when they revisit the page. Initially, these comments will be stored on the user's hard drive so the user will only see the comments they have made. Eventually we plan to implement a server portion that will store all users' comments on a given page and show those comments to anyone using the extension that visits that page.
Participants are encouraged to create their own account on the wiki (please use your UW user ID as your username if you have one) so that they can contribute to the planning and organization of the project that will be done on the wiki.
