This is the main page for a project that WLSG is involved in to create an open source animation renderer, file format, and editor targeting the OLPC project.

Purpose

To provide children with an easy-to-use program for self-expression through animated stories that may be easily edited and remixed by friends.

Strategy

• Easily editable text-based format with kid-centric editor and player.
• Modular design to allow for pre-fabricated "sprites".
• Low filesize requirements for easy sharing and distribution of animations.
